Cast Iron Always Pan
- With the lid, the pan is oven safe up to 425°F. Without the lid, it’s oven and broiler safe up to 500°F.
- Be careful! Stovetop or oven, cast iron gets hot. To make the most of your included silicone Hot Grips, use them only when it’s time to handle your pan (they’ll also get hot if left on!).
- Only wash fully-cooled pans, please! Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately after (dishwashers not recommended).
- Deglazing isn’t just for good sauces! It can also help deep clean by boiling water and a sprinkle of baking soda, then nudging caked-on bits with your spatula (no scours).
Tagine
- Oven-safe (with cast iron Always Pan) and heat-resistant up to 500°F
- We recommend gently hand washing; avoid abrasive sponges and intense scrubbing to preserve the glazed exterior
- Does not require a diffuser to use on stovetop (unlike tagines with clay bases)
